dカード GOLDの解約方法 / ネットではなく電話で

dカード GOLDの解約方法は、電話での受付になり、ネットではできません。

こちらの電話番号が解約する時にかける窓口になります。

 

dカード GOLDデスク（受付時間：午前10:00～午後8:00）

一般電話などから
0120-700-360（無料）

ドコモの携帯電話から
（局番なし）＊9010（無料）

基本的には、年中無休になります。
午後6：00～午後8：00については、一部受付できない業務があるということです。

 

気になる点としては、dポイントの扱いですが、dアカウントがそのままの限り、dポイントも保持されます。

気をつけたい点として、年会費になりますが、これは入会の１ヶ月前までには、解約手続きを行わないと、その次の年まで年会費を支払うことになります。
お早めにということですね。

個人的には、iPhoneの携帯補償があるために、dカード GOLDは使い続ける方針です。
